Repaired screen and Face ID not working

Recently I got my iPhones cracked screen replaced. Since then Face ID will not work and I tried to reset it and it just says Face ID is not available try setting up later

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13

Best option is to take it back; sounds like they didn't do the repair properly.

If someone other than Apple did the repair, it may not work again. I know with Touch ID, only an Apple store can do a proper repair.

Best Buy did the repair. I scheduled it using apples website
