Control Access to camera with Yosemite

Hi,

Need help, I can't seem to find a way to allow for an app or browser to access/use my camera and mic under control access - security and privacy. Camera does not show there. If anyone know how to enable it please help me. thanks!

Camara not showing up in privacy preferences Hi, my camera is no longer working in Teams. I am on a MacBook Pro, High Sierra. I have gone to System Preferences > Privacy and Camera does not appear on the left side. The camera was working in Teams up until a couple of days ago. How do I get the camera to appear in the Privacy setting?

Chrome doesn't have permission to access camera from Mac, but is not listed in "Allow apps below to access your camera" checklist. What do I do? I've been trying to make Mac allow access of camera to Chrome, but it hasn't been working. When I go to System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Camera, I only have 2 apps listed with checkmarks: Teams and Wechat. Chrome is not there. My Mac is updated up to date Chrome is updated up to date I tried restarting my Mac, didn't work I tried "sudo killall AppleCameraAssistant" and its equivalent, but it didn't work I had the same issue with the microphone, but when I used mictests.com, "Allow Chrome microphone access" popup appeared and let me give permission to Chrome. The same is not happening for the camera and it just says that there are no connected cameras.

I don’t know if this existed back on Yosemite. That was a while back.

El Capitan is an available upgrade for most any Yosemite configuration, and potentially an upgrade to High Sierra or Mojave.
