Hey how can I unlock the activation lock if I bought the phone from somebody else? Please help

Unless the Apple ID involved is yours, you can't. It's an anti-theft measure.

Without the original owner's Apple ID and Password, you will never be able to use the device. If you cannot contact the seller, recycle the device.
