Looking for an App or a widget that will allow me to add multiple notes (sometimes with a photo attached) to my home pages. Have found apps and widgets - but so far there only keeping them in a single folder - such with “my widgets”
is this not possible on a ipad pro 10.5? Obviously easy to do on a PC.

iOS is a sandboxed system. So no, one app cannot append data or files to another app’s sandboxed files. iOS is completely and utterly unlike the file system with Windows or MacOS in terms of one app accessing another app’s secure storage area.
It won’t. iOS 13 is still a sandboxed system. That is one of the very cores of the iOS security model. It’s why iOS has no known exploits in the wild, and Android has countless.
