Hi, I was wondering how to change my country/region to the United Kingdom? As I have unsubscribed to Apple Music however my subscription ends on the 25/07/2019. I would like it to end now so I can download apps in the UK?

Assuming you have two Apple IDs (say, one for USA and one for UK), you can have active a main Apple ID used for iCloud stuff (like an Apple Music subscription) on your device and login with another Apple ID in Settings -> iTunes & App Store to install apps available only in a specific country's Store without affecting the main Apple ID.
Do you live here in the UK ? If you do the Apple Music subscription shouldn't be a problem if it expired seven weeks ago.
