Disabled phone, can’t connect to iTunes or internet
My iPhone is disabled & saying connect To iTunes the phone isn’t syncing I’ve tried find my iPhone but it want erase until it’s connected to internet which I don’t have

Follow the directions in this link EXACTLY if your phone is disabled: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
You will need to erase your phone to get back in. Assuming you have been backing up, you can restore data back. If you haven't been backing up, your data is gone.
