Iphone Disabled

I have an iphone 7+ which shows "disabled , Connect to ITunes" after repeated wrong passcodes

i have tried restoring it using itunes many times , every time it downloads for new update for 4 - 5 hours , i wait but once i connect my phone again , it shows error and i have to start downloading from zero.
my iphone is currently not connected to internet as it has no sim and not connected to wifi , i tried erasing using "Find My" but again it shows "erase pending''
please anyone help with this. Issue .if i need to erase it using find my how can i connect my disabled phone to internet ???
anyy help please, really need it !!!

Hello Ob000,

If the download is taking that long you may want to take it somewhere that has better WIFI or take it an Apple Store/Authorized Service Provider as they can restore the device quicker.

FindMy will not work because your device is not connected to the internet/cellular service (with no SIM).

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help speed up your download.

Here are the steps needed to complete, once the software finishes downloading:
