Recent software update corrupted my iPhone 8 and Apple support is not offering a fix nor taking ownership that the software broke my phone.

Is Apple responsible for software updates that corrupt the phone and cause it not to operate?

Update malfunction My phone was set to automatic updates in which it did. After the last update my phone was fine till it died. All I get now is an apple on the screen or that I need to connect to a pc for it to update again. I brought it to my apple certified repair place. They were unable to complete update so they tried to do full rebooting on the phone. No success. My phone is in great condition, they inspected all aspects of it. No damage I have done could of caused this. Although I do not have apple care for I feel a lil cheated that due to a manufacturing malfunction my phone is junk. I have only had it since Nov. 2018. I’m hoping for some other answers unless I’m truly just out of luck. Thank you

Contact iPhone My iPhone doesn't want to update or I can't re-install it. I read on Apples website that to get help with this they can call you, but since my phone isn't working, how am I supposed to get help from them?

software update stock on screen saying support.apple.com/iphone/repair I'm updating my software to iOS 15 but stock on the restore screen, what steps should I follow to make it done?

Software updates don't break phones. User errors often do.

What is not working and what troubleshooting steps have you taken to solve the issues?
