Importing purchased music

Need help with importing previously purchased music to my iTunes please and then sync my ipad.

You can add it to your computer's iTunes library via File > Add To Library, and to then sync it the iPad : Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support
