This backup has been stuck for 2 hours in the same spot? What can be wrong?

I am doing a backup and its been stuck for over 2 hours in the same section.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble backing up to iCloud. I’m happy to help. You’ll want to follow the steps in the article below:

If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
