I have an IPhone 6s and at the moment I’m using pandora. Anytime I’m listening to music with any headphones, it pauses when I press the home button or put pressure on the screen like using 3D Touch or if it’s in my pocket and I am doing work.
i have restarted it many times and even cleaned out the headphone jack.

Thanks for the additional information. While this is occurring with all of the music apps, let’s take a look at one of the settings on your iPhone. The iPhone 6s has the Raise to Wake feature, this means that when your iPhone is picked up, the screen will turn on. If this is only occurring when your iPhone is in your pocket, go to Settings > Display & Brightness and turn off Raise to Wake. It happens with any headphones and on any music app including Apple Music. I’ve cleaned out the headphone jack and I can’t find out what’s wrong with it.
