Email change

As my email B**** is no longer valid and the iCloud storage fee is on that account I wish to cancel the account. I have set up new email ****@gmail.com and new iPad with lots of memory so please cancel the monthly debit from old account. Barbara

how do i change apple ID in iCloud my apple id in iCloud uses email that has been cancelled for six months and deleted out of the system. it can never be reactivated . i need to change email address . i tried edit and it doesn't let me change email id.
