How do I get rid of Delete immediately

How do I get rid of the delete immediately option?? I want my pictures to go to recently deleted!

I’ve deleted too many pictures by mistake, it says my storage is full but I’ve only used 4.9GB out of 50GB I updated my iCloud storage amount just to get rid of this feature but it still not working! Help me!
