I plug my phone into my computer and iTunes does not open up. When I go to open iTunes my phone does not show up in iTunes. What can I do to fix this problem?

The first thing I would try is to quit iTunes, restart your phone and your computer. If that fails, look here for more suggestions.

I restarted my phone and my computer and after plugging my phone into the computer iTunes will not open. This is what comes up on the computer. I have to manually open iTunes and my phone does not show up. Please help.

Yes! When I plug my phone into my computer this is what comes up (the screenshot of what I posted earlier). The steps do not help because my phone does not show up in my iTunes.
Version 12.10.0.7. When I do the diagnostics test in iTunes this is what it shows.
