So I'm trying to login to my phone from another apple ID but forgot one of the security question answers, and i also don't have access to the email address that was associated with that apple ID. is there any way to change the email associated with the Apple ID if I provide some information about the account?

Yes. Contact Apple Support. Have the Apple Rep update this for you over the phone. Attempt a successful login while on the phone, to make sure all have changed.
