Mail on iOS does not upload incoming mails automatic

Hello all,

On both iOS devices, iPhone & iPad, Mail does not upload incoming messages automatically : I need to open Mail and trigger the upload process.

I already removed my Gmail account, and re-installed it. It doesn't make a difference.

Any idea please ?.
