Won’t let me create Apple ID

I enter email get verification but after I send it says it’s gone wrong try again later I’ve been at this all day please help

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.
