How to reset restrictions passcode without computer
How can I reset my restrictions/screen time password without a computer? I don’t have a computer but I can’t figure out my restrictions password. Any help?

Mar 2018 - Possible (unverified) tip on recovering from a disabled state if you have no access to a computer but do have access to another mobile device and a recent backup - https://discussions.apple.com/message/33099578#message33099578 - Use Find My iPhone app or computer web browser https://www.icloud.com/find login to erase disabled device and then restore the device from its backup. If you forgot the restrictions or ScreenTime passcode you can restore from a backup but that backup has to date from before you set the restrictions/Screen Time passcode
If it does not work, go to an Apple Store or someplace with a computer.
