Reapplication for Apple Card

I closed my account but would like to reapply. Wallet does not give an option anymore to open card and Apple support has been not helpful. Any idea what to do ? Please advis

I have followed every possible/listed/posted solution from a simple on/of to reset all settings on both my iPhone 7+ as well as my Wife's iPhone 7+ as you cannot have authorized users forcing the use of 2 accounts for one family. No way to sync purchases per Apple and GS.


Still "Apple Card Unavailable".


2 factor set up for 2 ihone 7+s, 12.4.1, 3 iMacs, Safari, FF, Chrome, Brave was is a hassle and in the end , Nothing. I was thrilled by this as I am an Apple dedicated user/customer and was set to use the Apple Card to make a large purchase today.


As is obvious by the thousands of reports this is a bad omen.
