I Can not replace my debit card to pay... I lost the previous card

Hi there,

I lost my debit card and the bank cancelled it ... they made me a new card but I can not change it in the icloud payment.

Don't know what your screenshot says, but if this doesn't work : Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
