iTunes billing

Hi, I have tried the test period of Mojo app, but didn't intend to subscribe to the payable period. Seems that by mistake I failed to cancel the subscription at iTunes in time, and the money was still withdrawn. I have asked for refund, but still there is no reply. I do not intend to use app Mojo anyway.

Please, could you help to return the funds to my account and cancel the subscription.

To stop it from auto-renewing : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


For a refund (purchases are considered final as you know), if it's been more than 48 hours since you contacted iTunes Support (and if you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox) try contacting them again
