I cannot download an app because my card was out of date. I have given a new card but apple STILL won't allow me to bill. I waited 16 hours.

Can’t download app due to billing issues. When I try to update billing information, it says that my address is unrecognizable.

I have had my phone for over a year from the first day I got it I haven’t had one app on it I don’t have cards to put in and they just won’t let me get an app
