This device is already associated with an apple

Hi i have an ipad and iphone together. I have an apple id which i use the same on both the devices and after longtime i created another apple id on ipad to access other store. So i used both the devices with different apple ids recently i switched back to my old account. Now i am using same apple id on both the devices. I took a apple music subscription. Though i took the subscription i am able to use apple music on my phone and not in ipad. Instead of playing it shows a toggle that THIS DEVICE IS ASSOCIATED WITH AN APPLE ID

help me solve this issue so that i can use my Apple Music on both of my devices

You will either have to wait until the 90 days have completed so that you can associate it to a different account for 90 days, or try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will end the current association early : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
