Does the Iphone 11 have a aux headphone jack or does it still have the other devices that you have to use that comes with the phone?

No.

All new iPhone from iPhone 7 onwards do not have a 3.5mm audio jack.

The earbuds in the box come with a lightning connector.

If you want an adapter so that you can use a wired headset other than the one that comes with the phone, you'll need to buy it separately.
