I dropped my 8 Plus and inconveniently, the home button cracked, which lead to the Touch ID not being responsive and it overheating when charging or when I'm using my phone.
My question is: Is it possible for me to purchase another 8 Plus for parts only, take the home button from that phone, and use that same home button to replace/repair my cracked and unresponsive home button?
