I preordered iPhone 11 Pro and it seems "Preparing to Ship" & "Arrives Fri Sep 20". I have a flight on saturday Sep 21 and i will be out of US for a while. Can I get my order at Fri Sep 20 for sure? Thank you.

If you already pre-ordered it's likely that you will recieve your phone at that date (Sep 20th). If you have not, you can order as soon as the September 20th is here and it will take a couple days for the delivery. You can also pick it up at an Apple Store on the 20th.

If it says that your iPhone will be delivered on Sept, 20th, I bet it will.
But you can contact Apple on your order at at (800) 692–7753, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central time.

Does "Arrives Fri Sep 20" mean actual delivery date to the customer or phone's arrival to Apple for shipping?

Hmm, it says "Delivers: Fri, Sep 20 by Standard Delivery" at confirmation e-mail. So it should be ok I guess.
