How can I stop a payment to an app I have not purchased?

One of my family plan members signed up for a free 3 day trial of FaceSeerPro. The cost of this app was $8.99 /week.


He canceled it but we still got billed for it. Just got billed for a second week.


How is can I stop this billing?

You've checked on his account that the subscription is cancelled : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? If it is, and if he cancelled it at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date and was still charged, he should contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on his account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
