Living in a different country

Hello. My name is Gracie and I moved to Honduras this year. I have tried to get a chip here for my iPhone but I am unable to get one because my phone won’t allow it. (It’s blocked?) I need to get my phone unblocked and am wondering the best way to do that while living in Honduras. My phone stays on airplane mode. Thank you

It sounds like your phone is carrier locked.

Only the carrier it's locked to can unlock it.

Contact the cellular carrier you were using prior to moving and find out if they will unlock the device for you.
