hide keyboard folio’s task bar by default on ipad

How can I hide keyboard folio’s task bar on the bottom of my ipad pro 2018 screen? You can touch screen to minimize on some apps, mostly it just covers a 1/10+ of the page impacting functionality.

Bar at the bottom of ipad screen Is there a way to hide the swiping bar at the bottom of the screen, but still be able to use it as a function? Thus far I’ve only found the “guided access” workaround, which makes sense for gaming and such, but doesn’t solve my problem when I do switch between applications frequently, but would just prefer it not be visible (it’s especially frustrating when using procreate and the like). Does anyone have any suggestions, or is this still something the developers have chosen not to offer?

Hello,

You can disable the Shortcuts bar in Settings -> General -> Keyboard. Disable all of these settings to remove the Shortcuts bar.
