I am trying to import contacts from Outlook to iCloud and have received a message saying "contact could not be imported because there was a problem reading the vCard". Can somebody please explain how to fix (it is not a storage space issue)

The articles are for Mac , the Apple ID and password is synced from Mac with iCloud.com
