Yes, your battery health will decrease. Batteries are consumable. The decrease in capacity is not linear and the Battery Health is really only an estimate. You'll get your best results if you check it immediately after charging the phone fully.

If, before your one year warranty expires, the battery health drops below 80%, then it is a warranty replaceable item.

You are getting a little worried over a fluctuation which can change based on useage at the time, temperature, and a host of factors.

Again, it should NOT be a concern, unless the battery health drops below 80% before the one year warranty is finished.

wish ios13 can help,What about apple stores in Pakistan?when we will get to see apple stores here in Pakistan?

There are no Apple Stores in Pakistan. Sometimes it's a default assumption made here that a user will have access to Apple Stores. Also - I'm not sure that they actually replace batteries through official Apple "repair" in Pakistan. That would require use of one of Apple's limited supply of calibration equipment to make sure that it's properly sealed/calibrated. I've heard from many in far flung parts of the world that they were only offered a full replacement, although at a battery replacement price. The device might go back to Apple where they would have the battery replaced, but they wouldn't actually return the same device.
