Remove Restriction Code
Is there any way other than deleting all settings on your iphone to remove the restriction code under Screen Time if you don't remember the code?
The only way to reset that code is to erase the device, sorry.

You can wipe the device from within the Find My [iPhone] utility on any other Apple device or any computer browser. You will need the locked device's Apple ID name and password.
After erasing the device, you can set it up again from scratch by entering the same Apple ID name and password.
You will need to ask the school to remove the restriction they put on your personal property. You may need a parent’s help when dealing with your school.
I can't erase my phone without the restriction code, which I don't think I ever set.
Did you manage to delete your device without the restriction code? if yes, can share? I'm experiencing the same problem.

Thanks for your detailed response. I read it to LATE! I’ve saved it for further reference! In the end I took the iphone to a mobile fix it shop and the problem was dealt with.
How do u remove restrictions on my iPad I had put my personal iPad in my school iPad case and they put restrictions on it because they seen I had AppStore and messages
