Hi, I have applied Apple card but realize that I may have to change my country to China someday. I am wondering what would happen with my Apple card, would it be closed automatically? Or would it still exist?

Hi, you can open Wallet>tap on Apple Card>tap on the three dots in the circle>tap on the messages icon and ask them. I would think that since Apple Pay is available in China and you legally obtained the card you should be able to use it when in China.
