iCloud

It says on my phone that my storage is full even though I pay extra for extra storage. Why is this? Also, if I I start putting my photos in iCloud will they sync to other devices on my apple id?

Paying for more storage on iCloud doesn't in and of itself create more space on your iPhone. The following has more information about that, including information about the option to possibly free up space by using the Optimize Storage option for photos: About storage on your device and in iCloud - Apple Support

Turning on iCloud Photos on your iPhone won't automatically sync them to all of your other devices but they will sync to any of the other devices which have iCloud Photos turned on -- i.e., you can make a choice on each device. See: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
