can we use iphone as a HID Keyboard for android device

We are trying to make an application which will work as a remote for android TV, so is there any way to use iphone as a HID Keyboard for android device.

When we connect iPhone with Android TV, iPhone is able to get paired and is shown in my devices under bluetooth devices, but it shows as a "not connected" device.

Is there any way to connect iPhone with Android TV/Phone via classic bluetooth (not BLE)
