How do I fix this problem? I have changed my password and updated payment method. Yet it’s still disabled. 🤷🏻♂️ Help

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
