I thought if I delete the application, I won't be charged with subscription.
Also I didn't mean to resubscribe.
Moreover I didn't receive the functionality that I was promised by the subscription.
Also I was charged two times, and I don't now why.
How I can refund?

Deleting an app only deletes the app, it does not stop a subscription, you have to manually do that - I assume you now done that if you no longer want the subscription.
Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I am having a problem with subscription.
