how to unlock my iphone after resetting it

hello please i forgot my pass code and it was disabled so i connected it to itunes and it came. Now the problem is that i cant insert my sim its blocked. how do i unblock it please.

Ask the carrier that locked the iPhone.

They are the only one who can officially unlock and if you qualify.
