Configure magic mouse so that I can right click without lifting my left finger off of the mouse?

Is it possible to configure the magic mouse so that I don't have to lift my left finger off of the mouse every single time I want to right click?

The opposite problem doesn't seem to be a thing. I can left click without lifting my right finger off the mouse, but so long as my left finger is touching the mouse, every click will be registered as a left click, no matter how far over to the right my right finger is.
