Will an Apple Watch purchased in UAE's ECG work in Singapore?

Guys,

quick question, planning to buy watch series 5.. as I read various threads stating that ECG doesn’t works in UAE... i checked currently which all country supports ECG in Apple Watch.

My concern is if I buy watch 5 from UAE and soon going to migrate to Singapore, will then this watch (from uae) ECG will work in Singapore.
