Apple Watch ECG

Hi. Considering to buy an Apple Watch on the AirPort in Singapore. They claim that ECG function will

not work in norway since it is bought in Singapore.

Is this correct.

ECG feature I’m in kenya and have series 6 Apple Watch bought from UK, trying to enable the ECG feature but it says “not available in your region”. Is there a way I can still use it?
