ECG feature

I’m in kenya and have series 6 Apple Watch bought from UK, trying to enable the ECG feature but it says “not available in your region”. Is there a way I can still use it?

ECG hasn't been approved for use in Kenya yet,see the approved list here;

Countries that have approved the ECG app
