Frozen screen and won’t reset

My iPhones screen keeps turning black and won’t reset or start up for hours but still has battery I’ve reset it twice but keeps performing poorly how should I fix this problem replace the iPhone or completely delete and reset (It’s a replacement from my warranty and have had this problem since I received it )
