I don't think anyone knows what each of those codes mean, except that they are some network error that prevents connecting to Apple's servers.
You can try restarting your Modem and Router, and also connecting the Mac with an ethernet cable, if possible.
If you can take the Mac to another network, that may resolve the problem.

The question mark icon when you turn on a machine means no startup drive can be found. Lots of reasons and most are bad.
