Recover Wallpaper that is a Live Photo that was deleted from Camera Roll Years Ago

I had my favorite picture (which happened to be a Live Photo) set as my wallpaper a few years ago. Through a mixup with iCloud many of my photos were deleted. This happened to be one of them. I have since kept the same wallpaper for the last few iPhones because I am afraid I will lose it if I switch wallpapers. Does anyone know how to recover said Live Photo? I've seen similar questions asked around the web but no solution.
