glitch

My phone is glitching, not necessarily the actual phone, but when I open apps. When I open up apps like Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Apple Music my phone glitches. On instagram my phone will glitch to look at the story’s or open a Direct Message with out me touching it. When I am on Tiktok my phone will like the video and follow the user with out me even being close to touching the screen. Also when my phone is locked it won’t let me use the Tap feature to get the screen to come on, and I have checked my settings to make sure it is on. What should I do?
