T-Mobile MMS Messaging

TMOBILE USERS: I can receive pictures from Android devices but cannot send pictures to them? I've tried looking through the forums, resetting, etc. and can't seem to find a solution.

I had an iPhone 7, iPhone XS and iPhone 7 Plus each time had the same problem.

I also recently learned that when anyone sends me a message in a group with an android user, I will not receive the text message either. Is there a setting in my phone that needs changed? Before upgrading my iPhone from pro 11 to 14pro I was able to send pics to my friends t-mobile phone? Before upgrading my iPhone from pro 11 to 14pro I was able to send pics to my friends t-mobile phone? Similar iPhone pro 14 friends are able to send pictures to the same t-mobile user. I delete the contact info, restarted my phone, but still no success. I tried with and without WiFi and Data selections. HELP!!

SMS/MMS plans are provided by your carrier, talk to them and make sure it's provision properly.
