My iPhone screen mirroring is stuck on “Finding Apple TV” and won’t show my Apple TV
How do I fix it?

If you can't use AirPlay or mirror your device's screen - Apple Support
It requires both devices on the same home network (or both not connected to home networks at all for peer-to-peer AirPlay).
It requires the AirPlay setting to be turned on on the Apple TV.
Remove sources of interference.
