Reset Apple Watch without original phone it was paired with

My Apple Watch series 3 has me locked out because of too many passcodes entered wrongly. How do I reset it?

How do I reset an Apple Watch Series 2? I have an Apple Watch Series 2. It is no longer paired to any of our phones. We have forgotten the passcode and have made too many attempts to unlock it. It states we need to reset it and pair again, but the steps I'm finding to reset it do not work. I hold the button and get the option to power off or SOS. I press and hold the crown and it does nothing. Is there a different set of steps reset the Series 2 Watch?

Cannot reset my Apple Watch series 3 I’ve tried the steps to reset and unpair my Apple Watch. I hold the side button until the power off shows. Then I hold down the Digital Crown. Nothing happens. I don’t remember my passcode and I don’t have my old phone anymore. I need a full reset to pair it to my current iPhone. TIA
