Cannot reset my Apple Watch series 3

I’ve tried the steps to reset and unpair my Apple Watch. I hold the side button until the power off shows. Then I hold down the Digital Crown. Nothing happens. I don’t remember my passcode and I don’t have my old phone anymore. I need a full reset to pair it to my current iPhone. TIA
